On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead a high-performing internal sales function focused on both B2B and B2C markets. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing telesales and cold-calling teams, managing inbound and outbound lead activity, and driving consistent pipeline performance. You will be responsible for sales process optimisation, performance metrics, conversion strategy and team accountability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing internal sales teams, building structure around lead generation, follow-up cadence and CRM discipline, and delivering measurable revenue growth. Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams is essential.
