As a Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that enhance both our organic and paid media presence, while ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute creative strategies across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity
* Lead market research initiatives to identify trends and opportunities across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) that can be leveraged for brand growth
* Analyse competitor activities and industry trends to inform creative direction and maintain our competitive edge
* Write comprehensive creative briefs for internal teams and external partners, clearly communicating campaign objectives, content requirements, and brand guidelines
* Direct and oversee the production of high-quality content, working closely with video editors to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and campaign objectives
* Work with Paid Social Manager to analyse creative performance data to optimise future campaigns and content strategies
* Balance creative quality and quantity, ensuring a steady pipeline of diverse content while maintaining high standards
* Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align creative strategy with business goals and promotional calendars
* Stay current with emerging creative tools, social media trends, and platform-specific best practices
