Your new company
Your new company is known for delivering high‑quality architectural metalwork, specialist façades and custom-built solutions for commercial, retail and government clients. With an in‑house design studio and advanced manufacturing capability, the business works almost exclusively with long‑term repeat clients who trust them to bring complex concepts to life. As the pipeline continues to grow, a new Estimator position has been created to support the next phase of expansion.
Your new role
This is a chance to step into a premium, design-driven environment where every project is unique. You'll work closely with the Director and collaborate with a tight-knit group of specialists who genuinely enjoy what they do. The role offers plenty of autonomy, a stable flow of upcoming work and the chance to shape the estimating function as we grow.
What you'll need to succeed
The requirements are flexible and previous to being an estimator you may have been an engineer or tradesperson with experience across construction, façades, cladding, windows or shading. What matters most is your technical grounding, curiosity and ability to interpret drawings with confidence.
You'll also bring:
* Strong attention to detail and a practical mindset
* Confidence using Bluebeam (or similar tools)
* The ability to collaborate with designers, fabricators and project managers
* Clear communication and a down-to-earth approach
* A willingness to contribute to a positive and professional team culture
