We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our growing Family Law team, working with a team of two other family law Administrative Assistants.
Ideally, you will have at least one year of administration experience, with that experience being in the legal industry an advantage, however not a requirement.

We are keen for an Administrative Assistant to join us, assisting predominantly the family law team, and may be required to also assist in other areas.

About the Role
As an administrative assistant, you will work in cooperation with all staff to provide professional and reliable services to our clients. You will predominantly be responsible for providing a high level of accurate and efficient administrative support to our lawyers.
Your core duties will include:
* Digital dictation and general typing duties;
* Document production;
* Production of Briefs;
* Diary management;
* Billing;
* Filing and e-filing of documents with the Court;
* Reception relief as required; and
* General day to day administrative duties.
Skills and Experience
* A minimum one-year legal secretarial experience is desirable, however not essential.
* Sound administrative and organisational skills.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A sound operating knowledge of working in a legal services environment.
* Experience with Actionstep an advantage, however not a requirement.
