 
        
        **People Services Administrator**
NSW Government Department - Parramatta & WFH
Multiple roles available - 9 month initial contract
$40 per hour + super
**Key accountabilities**:
- New starter and onboarding administration 
- Creation of letters including: offer of employment; contracts; relocation; secondment & fellowship letters 
- Initiate and coordinate onboarding and induction, creation of employee files, mandatory training, systems/IT access, etc. 
- Perform background and employee checks 
- Exit administration - coordinate exit interviews, organise for collection of departmental property after staff exiting and injury management/rehabilitation 
- Payroll transactions including position numbers for new starters, entering job evaluation points and numbers, data support and any other relevant administration 
- Provide, coordinate and modify system access to general HRIS systems
**Selection criteria**:
- Previous experience in HR administration 
- Desirable: Cert IV in Human Resources 
- Desirable: previous Government experience 
- Intermediate MS Word skills 
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail 
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
