About the Role:
You will be part of a dynamic national team of Speech Pathologists working across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and our offices. You will join our multidisciplinary new graduate program and receive supervision and support from an experienced Speech Pathologist.

The role involves conducting assessments and developing individualised therapy plans, delivering high-quality speech therapy services, collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals, participating in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for clients.
2. Deliver exceptional speech therapy services to meet client needs.
3. Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
4. Pursue ongoing professional development and engage in regular supervision sessions.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* RCCertified Speech Pathologist or eligible for registration with Speech Pathology Australia
* Eligible for NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
