Sales Growth and Relationship Development Opportunity
Job Description
This role involves driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships across Western Australia.
You will be working closely with midwives, NICU staff, and theatre teams to promote our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement tailored sales call plans to achieve sales targets.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with birthing suite and neonatal clinicians to promote our products.
* Meet sales targets by preparing quotes, demos, and conducting in-service training.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tender opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
* Collaborate with internal teams on complex bids and territory needs to ensure success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* RN or RM qualification with a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years of medical device consumables sales experience, preferably in birthing suite or theatre settings.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to succeed in this role.
