Your Role

As the Sales and Service Team Manager within our Customer Operations department, you will oversee the performance of a team of Sales & Service Consultants who are the first point of contact for our customers.

Reporting into our Senior Manager, Sales and Service, you will work alongside a team of experienced and passionate leaders who support their people to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and setting the standard for the customer experience.

This is an opportunity where you'll help shape the future of customer service standards across at Hollard, whilst developing and supporting a vibrant team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role, open to candidates based in Sydney and Perth. Due to the nature of the role, and our contact centre operating hours, our teams works on a rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities will include (however, not limited to the below):

Day to day management of a team of a Sales and Service Consultants to achieve department objectives and key performance indicators

Tracking and monitoring of team performance, including the preparation of reports as required

Provide ongoing support, coaching and development to your team, undertaking performance and career development planning and providing feedback where necessary

Lead with a solutions focused mindset by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness within the team

About You

Demonstrated leadership experience within a contact centre environment

Financial services experience highly regarded

Ability to manage teams both in-person and virtually

Strong planning, organisational and time-management skills

Demonstrated skills in managing employee and stakeholder engagement

Ability to interpret company policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, energy and strong work ethic
