Job Description
Work for one of Melbourne's leading Financial Services firms in a friendly and supportive administration team to help support client administration and document management; assisting partners with their clients with a focus on ASIC compliance, trust establishment, preparing financial packs, and ATO correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting accountants with ASIC and client documentation
* Lodgement of taxation returns and BAS with the ATO
* Maintaining client database
* Building and maintaining client relationships
Knowledge And Experience
* Experience in administration in PP
* Extensive knowledge of ASIC and ATO compliance
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
* Great client engagement skills
