Ladies clothing manufacturer is seeking a highly motivated self starter to join the entire team. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills and present well.
You will have at least 5 years experience in the ladies wholesale clothing industry in NSW/Australia in Sydney.
Customer relationships will already by made and you will know most of our customer base. You must have strong administration and computer skills with a willing to learn more attitude, in an ever changing environment. You must be a team player who is willing to lead by example. We need someone who is a self starter. Our customer is the most important person in the chain followed by our staff. We are an old fashioned company with old fashioned work ethics. Make the job yours, run it as if it were your own.
Your duties will include: maintaining showrooms in a neat and coordinated manner at all times ready for the next walk in. Appointment making in range times and maintaining existing base along with reviewing areas in this ever changing retail sector. We have 3 main indent seasons a year and a stock business that needs to be maintained and merchandised. You need to arrange what needs to go out on weekly email campaigns for marketing purposes. This is a sales role and will be assisted.
You will need to liase ans assist with warehouse to make sure stock is despatched etc and accounts are controlled and approved by you prior to stock being despatched. You must work side by side with the accountant to control finances and director. Strong written and spoken English is essential.
The labels you will be selling are for a mid priced mid age group. The labels are CORDELIA ST, LUNA SKY.. Development skills is also something that will be looked upon favourably. We are known for our development ability.
Drivers license essential as we need you to travel to the customers you are unable to get to come to the showroom. 10 minute walk from Sydenham station or parking will be available on site.
