Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Figma Designer based in Melbourne, VIC with the option of partial remote work. As a Figma Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, developing wireframes, prototypes, and design systems within Figma. Daily responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating user needs into visually compelling designs, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring design consistency. Your work will contribute to an impactful platform aimed at improving the management of capital works and property development projects.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and creating user interfaces and experiences
* Ability to conduct user research, gather requirements, and incorporate insights into design solutions
* Strong understanding of responsive design principles and knowledge of modern design trends
* Collaboration skills to effectively work with developers, product managers, and other team members
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and creativity
* Previous experience in product design, UI/UX design, or similar roles
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development basics is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred
