Gardener / Horticulturalist / Landscaper
You'll ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the lawns, gardens and grounds and undertake minor property works including but not limited to;
* Propagating, planting, and pruning of the facility grounds
* Installing plant support and protection devices
* Constructing gravel and paved areas, walls, and fences
* Manage lawn care and irrigation systems
* Responding to feedback and requests for support to improve the environment
What we would like to see but not necessary:
* Solid experience in gardening / landscaping / grounds maintenance
* Good knowledge of herbicides, pesticides, and safe work practices
* Demonstrated knowledge of sound WHS practices
* First Aid/CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain
* Current Open driver's license and own vehicle
* Loves working in a team environment
* Successful applicant is ideally Qualified in Horticulture (Parks & Gardens)
* Or has a minimum of 1-2 years recent experience
* All aspects of general gardening, and grounds maintenance
* Planting & Mulching
* You are reliable, hardworking, showing initiative and have a keen eye for detail.
