We are seeking a Contract Administrator to support the delivery of projects across new build, fit out and refurbishment works.
This is a contract opportunity for a confident and capable CA who has broad project exposure and is comfortable managing all aspects of contract administration.
You will work closely with the project delivery team, providing commercial and contractual support across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Full contract administration across new build, fit out and refurbishment projects
* Preparation, assessment and management of progress claims, variations and final accounts
* Letting and administration of subcontract packages
* Preparation and issuance of contractual correspondence, instructions and notices
* Assist with cost reporting, forecasts and cash flow
* Support procurement processes and subcontractor management
* Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project documentation
* Work collaboratively with Project Managers, site teams and consultants
About You
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator across a mix of project types
* Exposure to new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects
* Confident managing all core CA responsibilities independently
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Clear and professional communicator with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
* Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple projects
