Backed by decades of heritage and a strong presence globally, the business continues to invest in capability, people and technology to drive long-term growth.Their Western Sydney facility is the largest in the region, employing over 250 team members and producing a broad portfolio of products across multiple manufacturing streams.The OpportunityFollowing a recent structural evolution, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an accomplished Senior Site General Manager to take the reins of this complex manufacturing facility.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of site operations including production, safety, quality, finance, people and culture — with full P&L accountability.
