Business Support Officer Role

We are seeking a Business Support Specialist to fill this dynamic position at our Elizabeth Office on a part-time basis.

This role involves:

* Maintaining employee records and preparing reports, minutes, and employment contract letters.
* Providing guidance on personnel procedures and related matters.
* Assisting with financial planning and cash flow projections, budget preparation, salary estimates, and monthly expenditure reports.
* Offering staff assistance in computer usage and helping resolve issues encountered by users.
* Maintaining inventory records and undertaking basic installation and maintenance of office equipment.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and demonstrate initiative.
* A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
