About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Administrative Support professional to join our team. You will play a key support role across customer communications, calendar management, and sales administration – helping ensure our clients have a seamless solar experience.
* Book in leads for the sales team
* Maintain follow-up for sales enquiries
* Maintain and update our internal database
* Support administrative tasks related to install completion
* Provide backup support for the broader admin team
* General administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
What We're Looking For
This is a selective role – we're looking for someone proactive, organised and eager to learn. You will need to be a confident communicator who can stay on top of admin processes and ensure follow-ups don't fall through the cracks.
* Demonstrated experience in administration (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
* Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
* A genuine willingness to learn about the solar industry
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office and online systems
