Responsibilities
* Mobile team looking after several commercial client sites
* General landscape maintenance and labouring duties
* Lead and develop offsiders/apprentices
* Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to exceed client expectations
About You
* Previous experience in leading landscaping or horticulture teams
* Comfortable using a wide variety of gardening tools and techniques
* Good communication skills to liaise with clients and coach your team
* Strong focus on safety and following workplace procedures
* Driven to always deliver high quality work
