Responsibilities
* Forge a new standard of care. Go beyond the metrics. Move past mere compliance to build a culture of genuine human connection, backed by rigorous clinical governance. Your goal isn't just to achieve 5-star ratings, but to make them an inevitable byproduct of a system built on empathy and dignity.
* Master the commercial engine. To fund the mission, you must command the financials. You will be fluent in the complex language of AN-ACC, not as a bureaucrat, but as a strategist, translating clinical needs into a sustainable financial model that fuels, rather than restricts, world-class care.
* Build an army of leaders. Forge a culture where facility managers are not isolated operators, but a connected, supported, and resilient collective. Create an environment where people are empowered to do the best work of their lives and the organisation becomes an employer of choice.
Ideal profile
* This isn't a role for the faint-hearted. It requires the ability to hold two opposing ideas at once: the heart of a compassionate caregiver and the mind of a brilliant commercial strategist.
* Proven executive experience with a track record of delivering strategic, patient-centred outcomes in aged care or a closely related sector.
