About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, AU. The role will be offered as a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrated understanding of document control principles, best practices, standards, and procedures.
* Strong time-management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.
* Ability to build positive and effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Prior experience within a document control position would be an advantage, particularly in the engineering sector.
* Prior use of Document Management Systems, including SmartPlant SDx, SharePoint, Aconex and InEight, would be beneficial.
* Vendor data management experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail are essential.
* Able to communicate at all levels and work effectively as part of a team.
