About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Videographer to join a creative team producing high‑quality video content for a diverse range of clients from real estate and architecture through to commercial, hospitality and brand‑driven marketing projects.
In this role, you will:
* Operate drones, gimbals and other equipment to capture dynamic, engaging footage
* Shoot professional‑quality interior, exterior, drone, and twilight videos for various clients
* Travel independently to client sites across the Launceston area and wider Northern Tasmania when required
* Collaborate with the in‑house team to integrate video content into broader marketing campaigns and content strategies
* Engage directly with clients on‑site to deliver high service standards and ensure their branding and content needs are met
* Perform editing and post‑production, delivering polished final videos suitable for marketing, social media, web and advertising purposes
About You
To excel in this role, you will have:
* A current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Photography experience and the ability to operate as an all‑rounder will be highly regarded
* A strong and versatile showreel or portfolio that showcases creative and technical competence
* Confidence working independently on location as well as collaboratively within a small, flexible team
* Demonstrated experience in videography, ideally across real estate, commercial, hospitality or marketing content
* You'll thrive if you're creative, client‑focused, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of projects that contribute meaningfully to a brand's image and outreach.
