**About the Role**
As Warehouse Manager, you will hold the reins of our container handling and warehousing function, driving efficient and secure logístical operations. Your leadership will propel continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices, setting the stage for unprecedented success.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Conduct regular safety toolboxes, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Strategically plan and schedule storage and removal activities within the depot, optimising resource allocation and procurement.
- Manage storage locations and data, unlocking maximum efficiency and space utilisation.
- Oversee the meticulous planning and scheduling of warehousing employees and equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
- Uphold Kent's stringent quality and safety standards during the loading and unloading of consignments.
- Create and maintain a secure and compliant warehouse environment, safeguarding equipment, staff, and visitors.
