Position
We have an opportunity for an Associate to Senior Associate to join our Agribusiness & Succession team within our Corporate & Commercial practice, working with Kylie Wilson in our Brisbane office.
Responsibilities
* Join a team with a love of working with repeat clients, guiding conversations and helping them navigate complex personal and commercial decisions to secure the long‐term future of their business and wealth.
* Work directly with an experienced Partner and a dynamic team across both transactional and litigious matters with a focus on agribusiness, commercial transactions, structuring and asset protection, estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation; potential to develop a specialty.
* Engage in diverse and interesting work within a broad team and collegiate office environment.
* Be part of a national practice that operates flexibly and collaboratively, supported by exceptional Partners who are mentors and focus on career progression.
Qualifications
* At least 3+ years of relevant experience gained in a reputable firm with strong front‐end experience.
* Exceptional drafting skills, commercial acuity, sound judgement, and confidence to manage client relationships independently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with comfort in mentoring junior members of the team.
