About this Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our leadership and colleagues.

You'll handle day-to-day office duties, coordinate supplies and orders, and maintain an organized and welcoming workspace.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative assistance to management and team leaders
* Manage correspondence, emails, and general communications
* Maintain tidy workspaces and ensure supplies are stocked
* Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
* Order, collect, and manage office resources
* Support scheduling, meetings, and staff communications
* Run errands and perform operational tasks


Requirements

* Strong administrative experience, preferably 1–2 years
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* A reliable vehicle and driver's license
* A positive attitude and willingness to assist
* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Necessary certifications include Blue Card, NDIS Card, First Aid, and CPR
