We are seeking a motivated and skilled Reception & Office Coordinator to join our Corporate Services team. You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and team members, while supporting essential administrative and facilities functions that keep the office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome visitors and manage front desk requirements in a professional and friendly manner
* Coordinate office supplies, kitchen consumables, and meeting room set-ups
* Provide general administrative support across the business as required
* Support facilities management, including minor repairs and maintenance

You will bring:

* The ability to build rapport with all levels of stakeholders
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative support
* A proactive, professional, and approachable attitude
* The ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
