Job Title: Executive Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to manage our day-to-day operations.
This dynamic role requires someone who takes ownership, communicates effectively and brings energy and professionalism to every task. You will be involved in managing executive support, coordinating travel and events, and supporting various business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Office & Facilities Management - Oversee the running of our office, manage suppliers, maintenance, shared spaces and supplies, coordinate events, catering and internal logistics.
* Executive Support - Provide support to Directors and Executives, assist with administration, coordinate correspondence, records and stakeholder engagement.
* Travel Coordination - Manage our corporate travel platform, organise cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements, support travel reimbursements and compliance.
* Culture, Events & People Development - Support internal communications, coordinate training events, retreats and celebrations, champion culture-building initiatives.

* Proven experience in office management, executive support or business admin, outstanding communication and organisational skills, high emotional intelligence and discretion.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and tech platforms, experience in travel, events or people engagement and a positive, proactive solutions-focused mindset.
