We are seeking three motivated Gardeners to join our team—two for the Brisbane area and one within the Gold Coast. In this role you are providing essential support for outdoor maintenance of our NDIS Aged care participants. You will be ensuring they live in a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.

The roles are 38 hours per week, however the gold coast role can be split into two with 20 hour weeks.
Locations: Brisbane (2 Positions) | Gold Coast (1 Position)
Type: Contractor or Casual Salary: Commensurate with experience
Your Role:
* Lawn mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
* Ensuring pathways are clear, and branches are trimmed to keep homes accessible.
* Use our online roster system to manage your schedule and tasks seamlessly.
* We provide all the necessary equipment and tools for the role—you just bring the hard work and a positive attitude.
* Branded work shirts are provided to all staff upon start.
Requirements:
* Current Driver's License is required to travel to and from client homes/ locations.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Blue Card (WWC) - This can be a combined application at a cheaper price.
* A "can-do" attitude and physical fitness for outdoor work.
* No formal gardening qualifications are required
* You understand you are working in someone's home and treat every participant with dignity.
* You take pride in showing up on time and completing work to a high standard.
* You are friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with participants and their families.
Highly Regarded:
* Previous professional gardening or landscaping experience.
* Certificate II or III in Horticulture.
* Current White Card.
