About the Role:
* Provide in-depth product knowledge, answer calls, process orders, and resolve customer enquiries with exceptional expertise.
* Proactively manage inbound enquiries and generate outbound sales opportunities across our diverse product categories.
* Develop thorough knowledge of our products and the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and web enquiries from trade customers, converting sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Proactively engage with new customers to promote products, campaigns, or offers, driving business growth and revenue.
* Ensure seamless follow-up on quotes to closure in Salesforce/OneNumber, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across product categories, maximizing sales potential.
Requirements and Skills:
* Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, upselling, and cross-selling with excellent results.
* Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
* Able to prioritize competing demands, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with adaptability to new technologies.
