What You Will Be Doing
* Operating front end loaders as part of the road services and asphalt production team
* Operating fixed plant equipment in a high-paced environment
* Supporting asphalt production and batching activities
* Operating additional machinery such as:
* Roller
* Paver
* Skid Steer
* Assisting with site preparation, loading, material handling and general labouring tasks
* Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised work area
* Working day or night shifts, with overtime and weekend work as required
What You Will Need
Previous experience operating:
* Front end loader
* Roller / Paver / Skid Steer experience (advantageous)
* Ability to work 9–10 hour days, including overtime and weekend shifts
* Experience operating machinery in a civil, asphalt or road construction setting
* MR/HR Licence (desirable)
* Asphalt plant experience with computer-controlled production and batching (highly regarded)
* Strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic
