Job Overview
The ecom optimisation specialist plays a pivotal role in driving customer conversion and key commercial metrics across the Australian and New Zealand milkrun business. This entails transforming data into compelling customer experiences, spearheading conversion rate optimisation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximise revenue, engagement, conversion, and retention through conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives across all touchpoints.
* Continuously track and analyse key ecommerce metrics, including sessions, conversion rate, and basket size at a detailed category and placement level.
* Collaborate with the ecommerce manager and category manager to drive conversion and units per basket within search and browse.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in ecommerce retail.
* Background in digital merchandising, preferably with significant SKU catalogues.
* Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
