We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand our presence in the automotive industry with a focus on panel, smash repair, and mechanical workshops.
This role involves building relationships, winning business, and driving growth in the competitive car industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and grow new business with panel shops, smash repairers, and mechanical workshops.
* Actively promote our full range of automotive parts to trade customers.
* Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
* Manage parts interpretation and sales to ensure customers get the right solution first time.
* Coordinate timely delivery of parts to support trade accounts.
* Support sales campaigns, promotions, and branch growth initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience in the automotive or trade parts industry.
* Strong business development skills with a hunter mentality.
* Knowledge of parts (automotive, truck, or mechanical) highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to hit sales targets and grow accounts.
