Operations Management Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee leasing transactions, tenancy agreements, condition reports, inspections and compliance with regulations.
This role is responsible for implementing and contributing to the Resident Services strategy. You will also manage resident service initiatives, events and programs, ensuring prompt response to resident requests.
You will stay updated on market trends, vacancy rates and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance property management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for continuous leasing and resident engagement.
* Document leasing activities, review feedback and provide comprehensive reports to management.
* Manage property maintenance, repairs and compliance with regulations.
* Oversee resident service initiatives, events and programs.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance property management strategy.
Requirements:

* Experience in hospitality, events, student accommodation or hotel management is not necessary but desirable.
