The role of a Waste Management Operative involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in both patient and non-patient areas. This includes upholding superior standards of waste collection services, adhering to infection control procedures, conducting waste removal, and performing additional tasks as reasonably required by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Collecting and disposing of waste in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
 * Ensuring all areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition
 * Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

 * Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa)
 * This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening
