You will be their main point of contact, providing care and support to help them integrate into their environment, workplace, and develop skills for independent living in a new country. Core responsibilities include:Addressing worker inquiries and helping them develop skills to resolve concerns independently.Building trust and strong relationships to understand and address concerns.Assisting workers with access to services such as medical care.Acting as a communication link between workers, the host employer, and MADEC.Identifying and escalating risks to worker wellbeing.This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends, and may involve out-of-hours work.
