We're now looking for a
Growth Marketing Manager
to join our team and lead the charge in customer acquisition, product adoption, and demand generation.
The Role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering acquisition-focused initiatives, campaigns, and strategies that accelerate AutoGrab's growth. You'll combine analytical rigour with creative thinking, optimising conversion across multiple funnels while testing new channels, offers, and approaches. This is a
hands-on role
where you'll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. You'll drive measurable impact by translating data into insights, refining strategies, and owning AutoGrab's customer acquisition roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of acquisition, product, and marketing campaigns.
Own customer acquisition performance metrics and lead/demand generation pacing.
Develop AutoGrab's lead scoring, nurturing, and qualification framework to support sales.
Deliver fully integrated campaigns in partnership with in-house marketing, creative, and sales teams.
Manage and optimise paid channels (Search, Social, Display), alongside ad-hoc campaigns as opportunities arise.
Build and execute testing and experimentation strategies (creative, copy, CRO, A/B testing, incrementality, retargeting).
Provide channel forecasts, budget recommendations, and adapt quickly to performance insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure performance goals are consistently achieved and exceeded.
Skills & Experience
3+ years' growth marketing experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth businesses.
Demonstrated success designing and executing detailed acquisition and growth campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital acquisition funnels and multi-touch attribution models.
Hands-on management of paid channels (Search, Social, Display) without full reliance on agencies.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and other ad platforms.
Deep understanding of digital metrics (CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV, ROAS) and attribution methodologies.
Analytical and reporting skills, with Excel proficiency (SQL a plus).
Creative problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think strategically and execute quickly.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, finance, and creative.
