Regents Park Christian School is a Christ‐centred learning community based on biblical principles. The school is co‐educational from Years K to 12. The vision of the school is to support families in educating their children from a Christian perspective.

We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Dean of Stage 5 to commence Term 2, Week 5, 2026.
SELECTION CRITERIA
* Quality teaching and learning practices
* Skills and experience in Student Wellbeing as a Year Adviser or Coordinator
* High level communication and organisational skills including documenting student matters
* Understanding of current wellbeing trends and challenges facing adolescents
* High level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with families.
* Experience working alongside Diverse Learning Team and supporting students who are gifted and talented as well those with learning and physical disabilities.
* Experience in discipline matters and complex conversations
* Experience in supporting the wholistic wellbeing of students (social, emotional, physical, spiritual and academic)

ESSENTIAL: Applicants must be a committed Christian and able to obtain a written reference from their current Protestant church minister.
A valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) must be provided.
