About the Role As the Careers Advisor & Workplace Trainer, you will: Coordinate and implement education and career development initiatives for employees covered by the Victorian Public Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement Support non-clinical health employees in career succession, professional advancement, and learning pathways Develop and embed systems and processes that promote workforce growth and sustainability Foster a skilled, responsive and engaged workforce across all campuses Contribute to a safe, supportive and future-focused service delivery environment This is a role where strategy meets people - combining workforce planning, learning design, and career coaching to build strong foundations for the future of rural health services.
