RC Drillers (2x) – Exploration Division
Start: 22/01/26
Roster: 2/1 FIFO
Rate: $54–$56 per hour + drilling bonuses + super all hours + weekly pay
Role overview
* Operate and maintain RC drill rigs to daily metre/productivity targets
* Lead safe drilling operations per SOPs and site requirements
* Train/supervise offsiders as required
* Assist with remote camp setup and basic field logistics
* Complete pre-starts, logs, and defect reports accurately
You'll need:
* 2–3+ years operating Schramm T685
* Gold site experience
* Deep-hole RC experience
* Auxiliary booster experience
* Atlas Copco Explorac 225 experience
* Working at Heights (within 2 years)
* First Aid (within 12 months)
* Valid HR driver's licence
Advantageous:
* Candidates with proven Schramm T685 + Explorac 225 crossover on gold programs and deep-hole RC.
