**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the State Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing our clients portfolio of products and building market share with buying groups and independent retailers across across the East and South East of Melbourne with the occasional trip to the Gippsland region.
Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- Maintain and build long lasting relationships with key accounts
- Identify new product and customer opportunities
- Assist with training retail staff to drive sales growth
- Market analysis and sales reporting
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Sales experience within flooring highly desirable
