ABOUT THE ROLE – GEOGRAPHY TEACHER (YEARS 7–12)
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative educator who:
* Has strong curriculum knowledge across the Victorian Geography curriculum (Years 7–12)
* Delivers engaging, inquiry-based lessons that foster global awareness and critical thinking
* Uses a variety of teaching strategies and technology to differentiate learning
* Encourages environmental stewardship and sustainability education
* Collaborates effectively with colleagues to design meaningful learning experiences
* Embraces the College's vision of developing learners to shape their world
REQUIREMENTS TO TEACH GEOGRAPHY AT THIS SCHOOL
To be successful in this Geography teaching role, you will have:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Geography/Education
* VIT registration (or eligibility to obtain)
* Experience teaching secondary students, ideally across Years 7–12
* A passion for fostering curiosity and a global perspective in students
* Full Australian working rights or WHV
