Our experienced surgeons specialise in treating a wide range of eye and vision disorders, including cataract, strabismus, glaucoma, as well as paediatric ophthalmology and retinal disease treatment.

Role

We are looking for an orthoptist or skilled ophthalmic technician to join our amazing team at Clarity Eye Surgeons in Canberra.

Full-time position is available, however part-time availability will also be considered. Immediate start date.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to practice all areas of orthoptics including paediatrics and adult strabismus, cataract and refractive, glaucoma and retinal diseases. You will be part of a growing practice with supportive and friendly staff. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

* Strong clinical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
* Bachelor or Master degree in Orthoptics
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
* Experience with the latest diagnostic and treatment technology is an advantage
