This newly created role reports directly to the Chief of Innovative Solutions and sits within a close-knit team of four. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a resourceful, structured, and organised technical product BA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, influencing change, and seeing their work make an impact quickly. What you’ll do: Translate business needs into well-structured, detailed technical requirements for development teams. Collaborate closely with Product, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative product solutions. Facilitate discovery workshops, solution design, and vendor discussions for new products and enhancements. Coordinate grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and post-release validation to ensure successful delivery. Create testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and ensure market readiness for product launches. What we’re looking for: Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst within technology/innovation. Experience with payment solutions and payment product design and development is a MUST! Strong technical background with knowledge of .Net, Jira, API integrations, and SMS/email platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and write documentation. Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and leveraging emerging technologies. Full working rights in Australia.
