In this role, you'll:
Responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services across Sydney Trains stations. By fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus, you'll help drive improvements in station cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with frontline management, you'll coordinate cleaning staff and services, support team development through coaching and guidance, help resolve performance barriers and promote a positive team culture.
You'll coordinate and monitor all work schedules and requests, action and report maintenance issues and monitor consumables to ensure stock levels are maintained.
We currently have an opportunity available at Hurstville, with potential future opportunities across the Sydney Trains network.
