As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our close-knit and supportive team in Albion Park, NSW.
As an ECT, your core responsibilities will include the following:
* Reporting to the Centre Director on teaching matters, this role will implement programmes in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of MindChamps.
* Deliver the training programs and curriculum of MindChamps, in accordance with the National Quality Standard Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia
* Create a stimulating and positive environment to support the development
* Assist our Champs in daily routines and meal time in accordance with food safety regulations
* Respond to the emotional needs of our Champs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with our Champs and their parents
* Be responsible for the children's transition to the school program
What We Are Looking For
* A completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
* Current/Valid Working With Children's Check (WWC) and relevant First Aid Certificates
* Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team
* A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
* Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
