Educational Leadership Role
This position involves the creation and implementation of bespoke educational programs for children enrolled in our Kariong OSHC service. The goal is to develop and refine these programs, ensuring they meet the unique needs and abilities of our students.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing a comprehensive educational strategy and implementing it through engaging activities
* Creating a stimulating, fun, and educational learning environment that fosters growth and development
* Providing guidance and support to staff members to enhance their delivery of the program
* Assuming leadership in the absence of the designated supervisor
* Addressing the diverse needs of the children enrolled in the service
* Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards that protect all children
* Establishing strong professional relationships with families and building trust within the community
