We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences while listening and consulting with customers.
* Foster strong relationships with customers by following up on services requested and estimated completion times.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, and oversee repair orders.
* Provide pricing estimates to customers and promote shop service specials.
* Lead and manage team members while staying aligned with our company vision, purpose, and core values.
* Supervise up to ten employees and oversee technicians' inspections and repairs of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles.
* Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum of 2 years of store or service management experience.
* Strong general automotive knowledge and leadership abilities.
* Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
* Valid driver's license.
