The role of an Adventure Site Lead is to oversee the daily operations of a campsite, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. This involves leading a team to maintain a well-organized and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily inspections and reports to guarantee site safety and cleanliness.
* Enforce all relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Communicate effectively with staff and visitors to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
* Perform tasks that require lifting heavy loads up to 25kg, as required by the job.
Requirements:
Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and be able to enforce safety regulations efficiently. Holding First Aid and CPR certifications is also mandatory. Candidates should be physically capable of performing tasks that involve lifting heavy loads.
