The Dealership Service Advisor is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport, and identify what our customers want and need.
About The Role
* You will be responsible for working within Mercedes-Benz policies, guidelines, and standards.
* Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop.
* Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have.
* Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
* Be a team player, liaising with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
About You
* MUST have experience as a Dealership Service Advisor.
* Ideally, exposed to prestige brands.
* Exceptional customer service skills; can consistently deliver 5-star service.
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Sound organisational skills and time management.
* Current VIC Driver’s license.
* Eagerness to learn and upskill.
