About the role
We are actively seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor with FIFO experience, ready to embark on an exciting career journey with Mammoet in a full-time capacity. This role is based with our Shutdown team servicing our clients such as FMG, RIO TINTO, ROY HILL on multiple sites across the Pilbara. On offer is a 2:2 structure providing the ultimate 50/50 work-life balance This positions is FIFO from Perth only.
What you'll be doing:
* Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standards in our facilities and work locations.
* Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types across various scopes of work
* Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements
* Assessing the safety of jobsite and workplace activities
* Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training
* Coaching and promoting our strong SHEQ culture
What you'll need:
* Experience in Mining, Construction, Transport or Heavy Lifting highly preferable
* Minimum Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety
* Current Valid Australian Driver's License
* Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
* Willingness to work across our Pilbara sites as required
