About This Role
As a dedicated HR professional, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR administration, owning the recruitment and onboarding process, supporting employee separations, coordinating incident administration and WorkCover claims, maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring adherence to HRIS governance policies. You will provide expert generalist HR advice at all levels, escalating complex matters to the relevant HR Manager as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, including advertising, application screening, phone screening, scheduling interviews, preparing interview guides, conducting reference checks and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience in partnership with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
* Create compliant employment documents, such as letters of offer, contracts, variations, terminations, and changes to employment conditions, while adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Take the lead on HR projects, focusing on recruitment and onboarding initiatives, developing training materials, crafting presentations, and driving process, policy and cultural change projects that enhance business efficiency and employee engagement.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records within the HRIS system, manage the HR inbox, support performance and probation reviews, generate reports, coordinate routine medical assessments, first aid, and other training needs.
* Provide expert generalist HR advice and support to management and employees at all levels, escalating complex or critical matters to the relevant HR Manager when necessary.
* Draft HR-related documents, including manuals, flowcharts, and presentations, to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
