Job Title: Behavioural Services Coordinator
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide comprehensive behavioural assessments, tailored to the unique needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality behaviour support services that promote quality of life and minimise challenging behaviours for customers.
* Commit to supported decision making and customer-centric principles, prioritising their voice and autonomy.
* Collaborate closely with customers, families, staff, and key stakeholders to ensure effective support and care.
* Conduct observations in various settings to gather essential information for reports, plans, and funding submissions.
* Complete thorough behavioural assessments, including functional behavioural assessments, to inform behaviour support planning.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Social Work, or related Healthcare fields.
* Experience working with individuals with disability or registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS.
* Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional bodies where applicable.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
